Gabe is a Director of Silverfern and brings over 11 years of real estate private equity, high-yield mortgage finance (private debt), and distressed investment experience to the Silverfern team. He has participated in a broad range of property-level and corporate real estate transactions that span commercial, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure assets across the United States, Central America, and Europe. Based in New York City, Gabe supports the expansion and management of Silverfern’s global real estate platform.

 

Prior to Silverfern, Gabe was an analyst for over 6 years at Silver Point Capital LP, a credit and special situations hedge fund, where he helped grow the real estate business. He was responsible for originations, acquisitions, and management of real estate assets throughout the capital structure. Previously, Gabe served as an analyst at Perry Capital LLC where he completed a range of opportunistic real estate transactions, and he began his career as an acquisitions analyst at Kimco Realty Trust where he focused on retail property.

 

Gabe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture, Magna Cum Laude, and his Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development, both from Columbia University.
