In 2009 Silverfern originated over 85 proprietary transaction
opportunities for its Clients, representing $38 billion of Total Enterprise
Value and the opportunity to deploy over $20 billion in equity capital.
Additionally, Silverfern provides equity Co-Investment services to its private equity Clients by way of Silverfern affiliate Silverfern Co-Investment PartnersTM (SCIP). SCIP is a proprietary private equity co-investment vehicle that seeks to make equity co-investments in the range of $25 million to $150 million per transaction (SCIP’s share) with leading private equity firms in buyouts, acquisitions and recapitalizations worldwide.
