C. Todd Ragland, Director
Todd is a Director of The Silverfern Group and brings almost 10 years of broad corporate finance experience to the Silverfern team. Todd has significant experience advising private equity firms of all sizes on leveraged buyout transactions, debt recapitalizations, equity capital raising and other transactions. In addition, Todd has worked with many companies in the Consumer and Retail industries executing a variety of transactions.
Prior to joining Silverfern, Todd was a founding member of the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors group at Barclays Capital in the U.S. Todd was an integral member in building out a full service debt and advisory platform primarily focused on transactions for Financial Sponsor clients. Prior to Barclays Capital, Todd spent six years with Lehman Brothers where he worked in the Financial Sponsors group and the Consumer/Retail group. While at Lehman Brothers, he executed a wide variety of transactions, ranging from M&A and Investment Grade bond deals for large-cap companies to LBOs, Leveraged Loans, High Yield bond deals, IPOs and Private Placements for private equity firms and middle-market companies.
Based in New York, Todd helps lead Silverfern's East Coast Private Equity Coverage effort.
Todd earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. |
